Unlock Rogers Motorola RAZR

A few days ago Rogers announced they are going to start rolling out the ICS update to customers with the Motorola RAZR.  I'm sure this has many excited.  The 7.7mm phone is pretty nice with it's 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB ram and Super AMOLED display but unfortunately has no LTE support.  This probably has a few Rogers Motorola fans upset.
